
Refund Policy
Please be advised, that this refund policy applies only if You have signed up as student via online payment through bestTuition. However in case of any query will be able to help You regarding Your transactions made through different payment providers as well, by contacting the provider in question.
BestTuition does not issue refunds unless there are circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited. These may be things like great dissatisfaction with a Tutors delivery or BestTuition not working properly for some reason. In cases like these we will issue refunds in the form of BestTuition Credit or refund on a case by case basis. Things such as other complaints the tutor has received or other customer comments will be taken into consideration. If any dissatisfaction arises as a result of a user's experience with an independent tutor who uses BestTuition server/software to host video and it can be confirmed by log files a refund will be issued in the form of BestTuition Credits that can be used with other tutors.
In the event that a transaction is refunded, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. Please note that only full purchased packages can be refunded. In case You experience problems regarding a tutor or of other nature You may contact our Customer Service department - either by sending an e-mail or visiting our Online Support - within 24 hours. Complaints received in excess of 24 hours are not subject to deliberation.
